What is kept

Requests	7 days	method and path and status and size and the key or source and the ip address and the user agent
Deliveries	7 days	event and endpoint and attempt and status
Activity	no limit	action and actor and a diff of the change

A request that counted against no allowance is folded into the newest matching row.

The row shows how many times it happened.
